I do quite a few slideshows as well. I think your pictures are nice enough to leave them up there longer with less movement. This is meant to be a compliment. When I am working on a slideshow, great pictures have more impact without as many animations on them. Crappy pictures really need more animation and transition. I would love to see this same slideshow slower so I could appreciate the shots in it. I generally make my shows pretty fast too. Nonetheless, I think you are doing pretty well and I like your stuff.
