Hopping Mad – CrazyBooth
So, Saturday saw this years Cambridge Lindy Hoppers, Hopathon. It’s a 12 hour sponsored dance held each year in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, and, it’s always a hoot. Personally I’ve never seen quite so many home baked goodies at once either (maybe with the exception of a particular school fate when I was 10…). Anyway, to do my bit I wheeled out the “Crazy Booth”, (a mini photo studio with lots of crazy costumes) and sold photos all day for CF. As you might be able to tell from the photos, it was possibly a *little* bit fun

Really like these! (honestly, I doubt there’ll be a time when I don’t want to say that
).
I particularly like how in Hop4 everything looks normal, until you realise that Marias’ foot is larger than Géralds’ head. Which quickly makes it clear that Maria has been thrown VERY high as opposed to the normal of just ‘high’. For some reason I quite like the dead straight line of white – it gives the appearance of the background having been digitally removed.
Hop3 is well composed. The colours clash nicely and really make it look vibrant.
Hop1 though, I LOVE the lighting you have on this one! It’s absolutely stunning!!
But where’s me and Barny kissing?!?
